Özi
"I built this after staring at raw Steamworks exports trying to figure out why PANICORE's return rate in Russia was so high. Eventually I realised the price was just wrong for the market — players were buying, bouncing, and returning because we hadn't set the regional price correctly. The CSV gave me no easy way to see that. So I built the tool I wished existed."

Real example · PANICORE

How I cut my own return rate
by more than half.

I noticed PANICORE's overall return rate was creeping uncomfortably high. Steam's CSV told me that it was happening, not why. So I built the tool that would tell me why.

01
The signal
Russia's return rate was sitting around ~48% — far above the 7–11% Steam baseline. Other markets looked normal.
02
The cause
Drilling into pricing: USD price was set ~5× the Steam regional benchmark for RUB. Players were buying, feeling the price was wrong for the market, and refunding.
03
The fix
Adjusted to the regional benchmark. Within weeks, return rate more than halved — and net revenue from the same market went up.
"That fix paid for the entire toolkit a hundred times over. And it took me 5 minutes once I could actually see the data."

Common Questions.
Sure — if you want to spend Saturday building pivot tables instead of building your game. The Steamworks CSV exports are technically readable, but turning them into actual decisions takes 4+ hours of cleaning, joining, and formula-wrangling per report. IndieGame Toolkit does it in 30 seconds, every time, with the same logic applied across all your games. Your time is better spent shipping.
Everything runs in your browser. Your Steamworks CSV files are never sent to any server — they're parsed locally in JavaScript. The only thing that touches our servers is your login session.
For the Sales Dashboard: the "Sales & Activations" report from Steamworks (Reports → Sales). For the Visibility Dashboard: the "Traffic Breakdown" report (Reports → Traffic). Both are standard exports, no special access needed.
Yes. The Sales Dashboard supports multi-game CSVs and has a game filter. ReviewScope and Visibility Dashboard work per-AppID. One Pro subscription covers all your games.
